SPECIFICATION Constructed to the highest specifications and finished with fittings from premium brands, everything within an Farm Field Mews home is designed to give you total peace of mind and make your life as easy, enjoyable and as economic as you`ve always wanted it to be.
INNOVATIONMEETSINSULATION When it came to construction it was important to use a technique that provided better insulation than standard building contractors. Nudura ICF (Insulating Concrete Formwork) is reinforced polystyrene forms, connected in a web system and then filled with concrete. Plots 1 is constructed by the use of innovative and robust ICF method, which also offers incredible levels of insulation against weather, noise and damp. ICF keeps the property warm in winter and cool in summer, delivering energy savings of up to 70% when compared to traditional timber-framed building methods. But the first thing you`ll notice is that your home is so quiet and peaceful.
STATEOFTHEARTUNDERFLOORHEATING When designing Farm Field Mews the developers wanted to install the very best form of heating. The installation of state-of-the-art underfloor heating is standard. It`s more efficient, gives you more control over temperature and eliminates cold spots. Floors retain heat far better than traditional radiators and so it takes less energy to maintain a warm house. In fact, it is estimated you can keep your boiler two degrees cooler and still achieve the same levels of comfort as traditional central heating.
As an added bonus, with no unsightly radiators attached to the walls, you can decorate and furnish your home and with far greater freedom.
SMARTHOMETECHNOLOGYTHROUGHOUT All properties will be future proof with CAT B cabling in certain areas as standard.
