APPLICATION TO RENT A PROPERTY A holding deposit equivalent to no more than 1 week's rent is required to process all new tenancy applications. if the tenant passes reference the deposit can be used towards the security deposit or the first month's rent.

LUTTERWORTH Lutterworth is a market town in the county of Leicestershire with close links to the M1 Junction 20, M6, A14 & A5. Nearby town Rugby is on the main train line to London with journey times to Euston Station of around 45 minutes. The town was granted its Market Status in 1214 by King John and it continues to hold a market to this day.
